The activities and stress of our daily life often lead to tightness and reduced range of motion, especially in our hips. When you bring awareness to these activities and stress triggers you are able to find release. This workshop will work on stabilizing and creating mobility in your hips, IT bands, glutes, hamstrings and quads. Your practice will change as your hips open; your warriors will be fierce, spinal twists will go deeper, arm balances will become more accessible and inversions will feel lighter. This workshop is designed for all levels and will enhance and expand your practice.
