Join us in a blissful Soluna retreat of Restorative Yoga+Reiki by candlelight. While holding restorative yoga poses, receive the ancient technique of healing and holistic relaxation of Reiki, offered by Tamara Davidson, Licensed Massage Therapist+Reiki II Practitioner & Yoga Instructor and Hannah Bose, Yoga Instructor+Reiki I Practitioner. At the end of the practice, for Savasana, you will be led into a peaceful+relaxing Yoga Nidra.
Enjoy an morning filled with relaxation. By the dimly lit ambiance of candlelight, you will be guided by Hannah to settle you into Restorative Yoga poses, while having the healing technique of Reiki, offered by both Tamara and Hannah.
Allow your mind, body, and energetic body to feel fully restored and renewed in this workshop. Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that utilizes props in a supportive way enabling you to completely surrender in the posture. This allows the body to move towards a state of peace, ease, and balance. This style of yoga soothes the nervous system and allows the release of deeply held tension. Quiet the mind and restore the body. De-stress in this healing art of deep relaxation and peace. In each restorative posture, Tamara and Hannah will be offering the healing energy practice of Reiki to help promote deeper restoring benefits, followed by guided Yoga Nidra taking you into a state of pure bliss.
By definition, Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the the receiving person by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the person's body, and restore physical and emotional well-being. Receiving Reiki when your body and mind are totally relaxed encourages good health and optimum healing.
