Join us Saturday, January 20th from 11 am to 1 pm at the Jacksonville Landing for a two hour sweat session to get those New Year’s resolutions kicked off right. One hour of Zumba. One hour of STRONG by Zumba.
This event is FREE FOR THE PUBLIC.
ZUMBA: Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training. You can burn anywhere from 500 to 1200 calories in an hour. ( I play all different types of music though, anything fun)
STRONG by Zumba: This fitness program is designed by Zumba but there’s no dancing involved. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. It is a HIIT class.
Please bring water, a towel or mat, and proper foot wear. I’m catching you at the start of your New Year’s resolutions, so let’s sweat and get it in. All participants are required to sign a waiver.
