My name is Miranda Cunningham and I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing for twelve years and teaching for over two. My mission, for this class, is to teach an all levels Vinyasa Flow for climbers and non-climbers alike. I typically teach power flow, but I love to incorporate the traditional yoga modalities of Kundalini, Yin, Bikram, and Ashtanga. My goal for every one of my students is to provide them with the confidence, education, and alignment, so that they may practice independent of instructors or studios.
