This workshop follows a progressive sequence from the most supported inversion to the most challenging (you decide how far you want to progress). Learn progressive techniques, use of props such as folding chairs, yoga blocks, the vertical pole, etc., partner drills, spotting techniques and more to progress your personal inversion practice for yoga and pole fitness.
Shannon is a long time, experienced & knowledgable movement instructor. She will be using her personal techniques as well as those from her master teachers learned throughout her 20 year yoga journey.
