Demystifying Tempeh & Tofu is the third of four classes in the Northeast Florida Plant-Based Culinary Nutrition course.
In this fun and interactive 2-hour class, you’ll learn how to recreate healthy, hearty, flavorful versions of familiar dishes using tempeh and tofu. The class includes recipes, resources, and meal tasting to help make 2017 a healthy success!
Chef Lisa will lead a culinary demonstration to include dishes that are unique, practical, and move you closer to reaching your health goals. As you enjoy samples of each meal prepared, Registered Dietitian, Heather Borders, will provide resources to help you include more high-protein and calcium-rich tempeh and tofu into your daily meals.
